About For 28 Days

For 28 Days is an experiment in commitment, purpose, and discovery.  The project is my response to a question that has been running around inside my head for a while: How would my life change if I made the choice to change the way I live in any small way?  What would happen if I watch less television?  What would happen if I smiled more often?  What would happen if I dedicated an hour of each day to just be silly with my children?  Nothing to big.  Just a small change to an already wonderful life. The answer came to me one day: Why not try it for just a little while…maybe 28 Days.

Recently, I decided to that I would commit myself to exploring some of these small changes.  I challenged myself to take on one small change for 28 days at a time.  During that time, I would also pay special attention to how my life moved and changed.  I also decided that I would attempt to capture the experience and share it with others.  At the end of the 28 days, I will find a new change to explore.  That’s it.  Pretty simple.  I have no idea where this will lead or how long I will continue to explore these little changes.  Today, I have an idea and a blog.  Let’s just see what happens in the next 28 days!

    What a great concept. When there is so much uncertainty in the world today, this is a great way to remind ourselves of the important things in life.
